1.1. state Items 27-30 in the following edition:
"27. For rendering mental health services, including medical rehabilitation, to patients with socially dangerous tendencies and actions behind which dispensary observation is established the subgroup of dispensary observation of "SU" is created.
28. The subgroup of dispensary observation of "SU" joins patients:
earlier being exposed to forced hospitalization and treatment in psychiatric hospitals;
earlier made socially dangerous acts exempted from criminal liability using enforcement powers of safety and treatment;
earlier made socially dangerous acts serving sentence (which were in special teaching and educational or special medical and educational facilities) and exempted from further serving sentence (stay in the specified organizations) in connection with availability of mental disturbance (disease) and to which enforcement powers of safety and treatment were applied;
