About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning aviation gasolines

According to article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning aviation gasolines (FEACN CU code 2710 12 310 0) in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with the FEACN CU code 2710 12 310 0 in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "26C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 26C of the following content:

"26C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.01.2014 till 31.12.2016 inclusive.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
