The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan which further are referred to as with the Parties

in view of article 1 of the Agreement on provision of the equal rights to citizens of the State Parties of the Agreement on deepening of integration in economic and humanitarian areas of March 29, 1996 on receipt in educational institutions from November 24, 1998,

aiming at development and strengthening of mutually beneficial relations between two states,

convinced that the cooperation in the field of the higher and postgraduate education promotes deepening of bonds and the best mutual understanding between the people,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of development of cooperation in the field of the higher and postgraduate education of the Party help:

to education by citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Tajikistan in organizations of education (institutions of higher education, academies of post-qualifying education, institutes of advanced training and retraining, institutes of development of education) and other organizations of education system of the Parties;

to exchange of students, pedagogical workers from among the faculty of the states of the Parties for training, advanced training, enhancement of pedagogical activities;

to participation in the Olympic Games, tenders, tournaments, festivals, conferences, symposiums, congresses, seminars and other educational actions, sports and mass, public, scientific, scientific and technical, experimental, innovative work;

to participation in the international educational actions;

to establishment and development of cooperation between organizations of education, other organizations of education system of the Parties;

to exchange of educational and methodical documentation, educational editions, including education guidances, information and analytical materials.
