Until reduction of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part) the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is applied as it does not contradict the Civil Code (general part). At the same time decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the resolution of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on questions which according to the Civil Code (general part) can be regulated only by legal acts are effective until enforcement of the corresponding legal acts.
