About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following changes:
1. In the paragraph the twelfth Article 1 of the word "informatizations and telecommunications" shall be replaced with words "information and telecommunication technologies".
2. In Article 14:
regarding 1 word of "remote" to exclude;
state part 2 in the following edition:
"The list of professions and specialties which receipt in intramural and extramural (evening), correspondence forms and in the form of the external studies is not allowed, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
regarding 3 words "authorized state body in the field of education" to replace with the word "Government";
regarding 4 words "authorized state body in the field of education" to replace with the word "Government".
3. To state part 4 of Article 30 in the following edition:
"Students in the educational organizations using extramural studies, remote educational technologies within higher education have the right to the additional benefits provided according to the procedure, the established legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on work.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
