Besides, it is also necessary to be guided by joint letters of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.04.2003 No. 28-311/1929-2823 and State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 17.04.2003 No. 3368/5/23-5316 "About submission of the Declaration on the currency values, the income and property belonging to resident of Ukraine and being beyond its limits", the National Bank of Ukraine of 09.01.98 No. 13-226/53-188, of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 09.01.98 No. 206/10/22-0117 and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 12.01.98 No. 11/3-247 "Concerning submission of the Declaration on currency values and property".
