About establishment of the amount of obligatory sale of receipts in foreign currency

According to article 387 of the Economic code of Ukraine, articles 25 and 44  of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", and also based on Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 14, 2013 No. 453 "About change of terms of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import and introductions of obligatory sale of receipts in foreign currency", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2013 for No. 1951/24483 (further - the Resolution No. 453), the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Receipts in foreign currency of the 1st group of the Qualifier of foreign currencies and bank metals approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 04, 1998 No. 34 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 2, 2002 No. 378, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 24, 2002 for No. 841/7129 (with changes)), and in Russian rubles to which requirements of Item 2 of the Resolution No. 453, extend are subject to obligatory sale in the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine in the amount of 50 percent.

Other receipts in foreign currency remain at the disposal of residents and nonresidents and are used by them according to rules of currency control.

2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work, and to banks of Ukraine - to data of clients.
