About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning features of transfer to lease or concession of objects in the spheres of heat supply, water supply and drainage system which are in utility property

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About concessions" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 41, Art. 372; 2002, No. 48, Art. 362; 2005, No. 26, Art. 349, No. 51, Art. 554; 2009 No. 25, Art. 312, No. 42, Art. 634; 2010, No. 40, Art. 524; 2011, No. 11, Art. 71; 2012, No. 18, Art. 157):

paragraphs two and the thirteenth to state to part two in the following edition:

"water supply and water disposal according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About features of transfer to lease or concession of objects in the spheres of heat supply, water supply and drainage system which are in utility property", ensuring functioning of irrigating and drying systems";

"heat supplies according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About features of transfer to lease or concession of objects in the spheres of heat supply, water supply and drainage system which are in utility property", both distribution and supply of natural gas";

to state paragraph two of part four in the following edition:

"property of the companies, their structural divisions, are complete property complexes or system of complete property complexes which is used for providing complete cycle of production (works, services) in the fields of activity determined by parts two and third this Article".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About features of transfer to lease or concession of objects centralized water - heat supply and the drainage system which are in utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 11, the Art. 71):

1) in the name of the word "objects centralized water - heat supply and drainage system" shall be replaced with words "objects in spheres of heat supply, water supply and water disposal";
