About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning settlement which make impossible execution of administrative punishments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

  "Arrest or corrective works" shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 301 of the word "arrest, corrective or social jobs";

Article 321-1 to state 2) in the following edition:

" Article 321-1. Execution of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment in the form of social jobs

The resolution district, district in the city, city or gorrayonny court (judge) about imposing of administrative punishment in the form of social jobs goes for execution to body of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties, no later than the day following behind day of the introduction in legal force.

Execution of collection in the form of social jobs is performed by involvement of violators to socially useful work which types are determined by local government bodies.

In case of disability, appeal on compulsory military service, detention, condemnations to criminal penalty in the form of deprivation or restriction of freedom or if the location of person is unknown, the court order (judge) on representation of body of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties, social jobs are replaced with penalty which size is determined from calculation that four hours of unexpired social jobs are equal to one free minimum of the income of citizens";

The second Article 321-3 of the word "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties" shall be replaced with words 3) in the paragraph "body of the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties";
