in view of the Vienna convention on the diplomatic intercourses of April 18, 1961, the Treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual safety between the Russian Federation and the Azerbaijan Republic of July 3, 1997,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. The Russian side transfers to the Azerbaijan Republic to the possession:

a) the building total area 1362, sq.m located in Moscow, Leontyevsky Pereulok, 16, structure 1, for placement of Embassy of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Russian Federation;

b) the building total area 1370, sq.m located in Moscow, Leontyevsky Pereulok, 16, structure 2, for placement of premises of Embassy of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Russian Federation;

c) the building total area 4594, sq.m located in Moscow, Voznesensky Pereulok, 15, for placement of premises of Embassy of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Russian Federation;

d) the building total area 533, sq.m located in Moscow, Gogolevsky Boulevard, 31 A for placement of the residence of the Ambassador of the Azerbaijan Republic in the Russian Federation.
