"10-1) state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance - activities of bodies of sanitary and epidemiologic service for the prevention, identification, suppression of violations of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population, and also control of observance of regulatory legal acts in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population and hygienic standard rates for the purpose of health protection, the habitat of the population and safety of products, processes, services;
