About modification of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54 and about establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of condensers

According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on article 8 of the Agreement on single customs and tariff regulation of January 25, 2008 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. No. 54 to declare Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 invalid.

Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of the condensers classified by the FEACN CU code 8418 99 100 1 in the amount of 5 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2014 inclusive.

3. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with the FEACN CU code 8418 99 100 1 in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "32C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 32C of the following content:
