The operator of mobile radiotelephone communication who broke the term of transfer to network of other operator of mobile radiotelephone communication of subscriber number, the decision established according to Item 6 of this Article about which preserving made the subscriber, shall provide to the subscriber possibility of free use with mobile radiotelephone communication in accordance with the terms of earlier signed service provision agreement of mobile radiotelephone communication until the actual transfer of this number in network of the operator of mobile radiotelephone communication chosen as the subscriber.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2014.
