About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 25 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456-XII of May 25, 1993 (repeated publication: 2005, 200), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 59-61, in the following edition:
"Article 25. Responsibility for illegal pharmaceutical activities and non-compliance with the undertaken obligations on providing medical and sanitary organization with drugs
(1) Implementation of pharmaceutical activities by physical persons or legal entities as a part of other companies and organizations, except obtained the license according to the procedure, established by the current legislation, is forbidden.
(2) Violation of provisions of this law, others legislative and/or regulations about pharmaceutical activities, implementation of illegal pharmaceutical activities by physical persons or legal entities are punished according to the current legislation.
(Non-compliance with the obligations undertaken by the parties on providing the relevant public or private medical and sanitary institution with drugs according to the agreement on public procurements or other purchase and sale agreement attracts 3) disciplinary (including material), the civil, pravonarushitelny or criminal liability provided by the law and conditions of the relevant agreement.
(4) Medical and sanitary organizations fulfill contractual commitments on calculations for the medical products acquired according to the agreement till 30 working days from the date of their delivery. Non-compliance with these provisions attracts sanctions according to the current legislation.".
