About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 134-12 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985-XV of April 18, 2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Part (5) Article 231 to recognize invalid.

2. In Article 233:

in part (1):

state the sanction in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 150 conventional units with deprivation of the right of vehicle control for a period of 2 up to 3 years.";
