About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In part (5) Article 37 of the word "executive bureau" shall be replaced with words "body of probation".
2. Part (6) articles 38 after words "employed under the contract", to add with the word "minor".
3. To state the sanction of Article 61 in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 40 to 50 conventional units and on officials in the amount of 50 to 70 conventional units.".
4. Part (Article 71 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Intentional violation of provisions of the legislation on information access or about submission of petitions
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 15 to 25 conventional units and on officials in the amount of 30 to 50 conventional units.".
5. Sanctions of parts (1) - (Article 74-1 to state 5) in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 150 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 150 to 300 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 200 to 500 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation in all cases of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year." with replacement in the sanction of part (2) "attracts" words on the word "attract".
6. To state the sanction of Article 74-3 in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 50 to 150 conventional units, on officials in the amount of 100 to 300 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 250 to 500 conventional units with deprivation or without deprivation in all cases of the right to perform certain activities for a period of 3 months till 1 year.".
