About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. State Article 333 in the following edition:
"Article 333. Abuse of regulations of stay in the Republic of Moldova
(1) the Violation by foreign citizens or stateless persons of rules of stay in the Republic of Moldova which is expressed in voluntary not escape of the territory of the country after the provided term of stay or stay
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 20 to 50 conventional units.
(2) the Violation by foreign citizens or stateless persons of rules of stay in the Republic of Moldova which is expressed in use of false documents, submission of false data for the purpose of receipt of a visa or identification documents
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 50 to 100 conventional units.
(3) Non-compliance by foreign citizens or stateless persons of submission due date in competent authority for foreigners of the statement for provision/prolongation of the right to temporary stay
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 50 conventional units.
(4) the Non declaration foreign citizens or stateless persons in competent authorities in the entrance fact time established by the legislation on the territory of the Republic of Moldova as the bases for their capture on accounting, excepting those whose entrance is resolved,
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 10 to 20 conventional units. This sanction is not applied to the owners of the travel documents issued by foreign bodies, living in settlements of left bank of Dniester (Transnistria).".
2. Add the code with Article 334-1 of the following content:
