About counteraction to the organizations and persons whose activities aim at implementation of acts of terrorism in the territory of other states
This Law serves the purposes of the prevention, identification and suppression of organization activity and physical persons on implementation of acts of terrorism in the territory of other states.
For the purposes of this Law the following concepts are applied.
The act of terrorism - direct crime execution of terrorist nature (act of terrorism).
The act of the international terrorism - act of terrorism when which implementing the subject of its making and subject to encroachment belong more than to one state.
Import (export) of materials and products which can be used for making of acts of terrorism (further - import (export)) - movement of the specified materials and products from customs area of other state on national customs area or from national customs area on customs area of other state.
Internal control - organization activity, performing transactions with money or other property, on identification of the transactions which are subject to mandatory control and other transactions with money or other property connected with terrorism financing.
Persons whose activities aim at implementation of acts of terrorism in the territory of other states, - the physical persons performing the organization, preparation, implementation of acts of the international terrorism, distribution and promotion of terrorist ideology, and also instigation to making of acts of terrorism.
Materials and products which can be used for making of acts of terrorism - weapon explosives and destructive devices, dangerous substances and materials (chemical, biological, radioactive, nuclear and so forth), materials of dual purpose, the automobile and communication, other materials and products which can be used for making of acts of terrorism.
