About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013"

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 5-6, of Art. 60 with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 4, 2013 No. 164-VII, No. 176-VII and No. 181-VII of May 21, 2013 No. 283-VII, of July 2, 2013 No. 381-VII, of July 4, 2013 No. 391-VII, No. 392-VII, No. 393-VII, No. 394-VII, No. 395-VII, No. 396-VII and No. 397-VII, of October 8, 2013 No. 624-VII and No. 625-VII, of October 10, 2013 No. 638-VII, of October 24, 2013 No. 658-VII and of November 19, 2013 No. 692-VII) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

 in the paragraph the second to replace figures "370.095.653,8", "322.125.348,3" and "47.970.305,5" respectively with figures "370.560.573,3", "323.877.348,3" and "46.683.225";

in paragraph three of figure "419.378.915,4", "370.530.634,5" and "48.848.280,9" to replace respectively with figures "419.843.834,9", "372.282.634,5" and "47.561.200, 4".

2. In Article 11:

 state Item 3 in the following edition:

 "3) receipts from repayment before the State agency of reserve of Ukraine debts of National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine for the Received Natural Gas, and also Debt and Obligations of the Power Generation Companies for the Organic Fuel Received in 1997-2000 according to Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (including the Obligations on the Value Added Tax Arising by results of Carrying Out Such Calculations, and for Payment of Penalties and Interest for Using Resources) public joint stock company;

add Item 6 with words "(including debt on payment of the dividends (without penalty fee, which is paid to the general fund of the government budget) added by results of activities of 2012)".

3. In Article of the 15th figure "22.856.159,"" to replace with figures "23.068.159,8".
