Some questions of functioning of schools of social resettlement

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the Yenakiieve, Nikolaev, Kharkiv and Fontansky schools of social resettlement.

2. Determine that pupils of the schools of social resettlement liquidated according to this resolution continue training at the operating schools of social resettlement.

3. To the Ministry of Education and Science, Donetsk, Nikolaev, Odessa, Kharkiv to provide to the Regional State Administrations proper use of premises of the liquidated schools of social resettlement for education system requirements satisfaction.

4. Make changes to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 13, 1993 No. 859 "About the organization of activities of special educational institutions for the children and teenagers needing special conditions of education" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 3, Art. 57; 1995, No. 12, Art. 281; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 12, of the Art. 2437), having excluded the following line items:
