Due to the requests of public authorities and banks of Ukraine the National Bank of Ukraine provides explanation concerning application of requirements of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.05.2013 to No. 163 "About change of terms of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import and introduction of obligatory sale of receipts in foreign currency"-1 (further - the Resolution No. 163) regarding obligatory sale of the means in foreign currency arriving for benefit of legal entities (including authorized banks) and physical persons - entrepreneurs according to international treaties.
