1. Bring in the Code of the data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 for No. 902/11182, such changes:

1) in Item 5 of General provisions:

to state the paragraph of the twenty seventh in the following edition:

"MEPR - the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine.";

after the paragraph of the twenty seventh to add Item with the new paragraph the twenty eighth the following content:

"MI - the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the twenty eighth - to consider the thirty ninth respectively paragraphs the twenty ninth - the fortieth;

2) in Section 2 of the Data which are the state secret:

in columns of the second and fifth Article 2.4.1 to replace abbreviation of MTS with abbreviation of "MI";
