According to Articles 8, 28 and 29 Laws of Ukraine "About fishery, industrial fishery and protection of water bioresources", Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, Item 5 of the Procedure for establishment of limits of special use and determination of the forecast of admissible catch of water bioresources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2012 No. 1149, and for the purpose of ensuring rational use of water bioresources ORDER:

1. Approve limits and forecasts of admissible special use of water bioresources in fishery water objects of nation-wide value for 2014 which are applied.

2. Determine that herbivorous species of fish in all internal water objects are not limited.

3. To department of livestock production (Getya A. A.) submit the order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff Senya O. V.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
