About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning activities of political parties and other public associations

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 1994 "About public associations" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1994, No. 29, Art. 503; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 120, 2/1133; 2007, No. 120, 2/1324; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661; 2011, No. 127, 2/1861) following amendments and changes:

1. Add the Law with preamble of the following content:

"This Law is directed to realization of constitutional right of citizens on freedom of associations, and also on establishment of legal and organizational basis of creation, activities, reorganization and (or) liquidation of public associations, unions (associations) of public associations.".

2. In Article 1:

in word part one of "joint realization of civil, social, cultural and other laws" shall be replaced with words "satisfactions of non-material requirements and achievement of the authorized purposes";

the second to state part in the following edition:

"The union (association) of public associations (further - the union) is the voluntary merging of public associations created for coordination of their activities for achievement of the common authorized goals, representation and protection of common legitimate interests.".

3. In Article 3:

add part one with words ", and also departments of the international public associations created in the territory of foreign states";
