About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning elections and referenda

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 1992 "About the status of the deputy of local council of deputies" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2006 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 13, Art. 217; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 6, 2/1181) following changes:

1. In Article 4:

from the name of Article of the word "." To exclude recognition of powers of the deputy of Council;
