Art. I. - In part (1) article 10 of the Law on social benefit No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, of the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, the words "the financial institution which is selected" shall be replaced with words "the payment service provider selected".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective since November 1, 2013.
Art. III. - To the government in six-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
