About measures for implementation of the mechanism of state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship through the Internet

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 18, 2012 No. UP-4455 "About Measures for Further Cardinal Improvement of Business Environment and Provision of Bigger Freedom to Entrepreneurship", and also for the purpose of further forming of favorable conditions for subjects of entrepreneurship, ensuring transition to electronic system of implementation of the registration Cabinet of Ministers procedures decides:

1. Implement since January 1, 2014 the mechanism of state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship through the Internet (further - electronic registration).

2. Determine that:

electronic registration is performed through the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan with possibility of preparation of constituent documents on the basis of standard forms by their remote and interactive registration;

in case of electronic registration filing of application on registration with appendix of necessary documents, and also issue of the registered constituent documents and the certificate on state registration of subjects of entrepreneurship is performed electronically with use of the digital signature;

electronic registration does not extend to credit institutions which state registration is performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
