In the Regulations on the organization and functioning Organa of civil aviation approved by the Order of the Government No. 294 of May 11, 2012. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 92, of the Art. 329), to make the following changes:
in Item 12 of the word "the order of the Minister of Transports and Road Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "order of the Government";
in subitems 2) and 5) of Item 13 change is made in the text in state language;
in Item 14 of the word "the order of the Minister of Transports and Road Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "order of the Government".
