About change and amendment of budget classification

Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to make the following additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:
1. In appendix No. 3 "Economic classification of expenses of the budget":
1.1. Add the article 291.00 "Capital Transfers for Implementation of the Projects Financed from External Sources" with subarticle 05 of the following content:

2.4. After the description of the article 291.04 "Share from Other Means" to add with the subarticle 291.05 "Share Transfer from Means of the Grant Received by the Applicant, to the Partner Abroad" of the following content:
