2) the akim of Mangystau Region about transfer in the procedure established by the legislation from republican property in utility property of Mangystau Region of republican public institution "Center of adaptation and integration of oralmans of Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the city of Aktau, as property complex;

3) the akim of the Southern Kazakhstan area about transfer in the established legislation procedure from republican property in utility property of the Southern Kazakhstan area republican public institutions "Center of adaptation and integration of oralmans of Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the city of Shymkent and "The center of adaptation and integration of oralmans of Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the village Aksukent of the Southern Kazakhstan area as property complexes.
