About change and amendment of Regulations about procedure for filling of the payment order used when implementing budget transfer in Moldovan lei
For the purpose of regulation of procedure for filling of the payment order used when implementing budget transfer in Moldovan lei and based on Item 3.4 of the Resolution of National Bank of Moldova No. 87 of April 30, 2010 about modification and amendments in some regulations of National Bank of Moldova I ORDER:
To make the following changes and additions to the Order on approval of Regulations on procedure for filling of the payment order used when implementing budget transfer in Moldovan lei No. 126 of September 23 2010,:
1. In all text and in appendix No. 1 to replace the phrase "contul bancar" with the phrase "contul de plati", and the word "banca" the word "prestator".
2. In all text and in appendix No. 1 to replace the phrase "banca platitoare" with the phrase "prestatorul platitor", and to replace the phrase "banca beneficiara" with the phrase "prestatorul beneficiar".
3. In Item 1.19 and on all appendix No. 1 to replace the phrase "SEMNATURA BANCII" with the phrase "SEMNATURA PRESTATORULUI".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
