About modification and amendments in appendix to the Law on approval of the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of galoidir of the anny hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer No. 852-XV of February 14, 2002

Art. I. - In appendix to the Law on approval of the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of the galoidirovanny hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer No. 852-XV of February 14, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 54-55, 383), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In item 4:

in the subitem 1):

in the subsubitem b) words and figure "in the II group of appendix C," shall be replaced with words also in figures "in II and III groups of appendix C,";

3. In Items 8 and 9 of the word and figures "in I and II groups of appendix C," shall be replaced with words also in figures "in I, II and III groups of appendix C,".

4. In Item 11 of the word "in appendix C" shall be replaced with words also in figures "in I and II groups of appendix C,".
