About modification of Rules of application of method of determination of customs value of goods at the cost of the transaction with imported goods (method 1)
According to the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and based on Item 3 of article 1 of the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of the Customs union of January 25, 2008 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in Rules of application of method of determination of customs value of goods at the cost of the transaction with imported goods (method 1), the Boards of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of December 20, 2012 No. 283, changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
