1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about work of law-enforcement bodies on implementation of control and allowing functions and the Instruction about work of law-enforcement bodies on control of turnover of office and civil weapon, ammunition to it and about procedure for opening of weapon repair shops" of February 15, 2011 No. 47 the following amendment:

- Item 52 of the Instruction on work of law-enforcement bodies for control of turnover of office and civil weapon, ammunition to it and about procedure for opening of weapon repair shops, approved by the above-named resolution to add with the paragraph third the following content:

"Carrying weapon by citizens when holding meetings is forbidden, carrying weapon are able alcoholic, drug or inhalant intoxication, carrying weapon in the territory of the educational organizations and the organizations of health care, the organizations of public catering selling alcoholic products and also in buildings in which state bodies and local government bodies are located.".
