wishing to strengthen and develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the Kyrgyz and Azerbaijani people on the basis of mutual respect and equality,
attaching importance to strengthening of cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Azerbaijan Republic,
recognizing equal advantages of national cultures of all as the people and aiming to promote their cultural mutual enrichment on the principles of ethnocultural identity of each of them,
agreed as follows:
The parties, according to this agreement and the legislation of the states, perform interaction in the field of the musical, theatrical, fine arts, library and museum science, protection of objects of cultural heritage, national crafts, arts and crafts, amateur, variety and circus art, and also other types of creative activities.
The parties develop further cooperation, and for this purpose, as required, create information and regulatory frameworks concerning interaction of the Parties in the field of culture.
The parties cooperate in the field of preparation and advanced training of cultural workers and arts, as required, on the basis of separate international treaties, promote exchange of pupils, students, graduate students and teachers, and also give support to direct interaction between educational institutions of culture and art of the states of the Parties.
The parties communicate about events in cultural life (seminars, tenders, conferences, colloquiums, "round tables", sessions, festivals and other forms of exchange of creative and scientific experience occurring in the territory of the states of the Parties and promote participation of the representatives in these actions.
