About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 298:

add Article with part (2-1) following of content:

attract imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 25 to 100 conventional units.
