About non-tax payments in the income of the government budget by net profit of the state companies and joint-stock companies which more than 50 percent of shares belong to the state

1. Following the results of financially - economic activity of 2013 and in subsequent financial years as the income of the owner from assets in the state companies and joint-stock companies which block of shares completely belongs to the state to establish the following non-tax payments, depending on pattern of ownership, in the income of republican and local budgets:

- from the net profit determined according to tax accounting, all types of the state companies in the amount of 10 percent;

- dividends from the net profit determined according to tax accounting, joint-stock companies in which authorized capital the share of the state constitutes 100 percent, in the amount of 10 percent.
