About introduction of amendments to article 186 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Article 186 of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154-XV of March 28, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in part (1):
change in Item a) concerns only the text in state language;
in Items b) and c) replace the word "preserving" with the word "payment", and "average monthly" shall be replaced with words words "dismissal wage in the amount of average monthly";
in the note to part (1) the words "average monthly salary" shall be replaced with words "dismissal wage";
in part (the words "and average monthly salary" to exclude 4);
in part (5) words of "preserving the salary" shall be replaced with words "dismissal wage payments".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
