in Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies approved by the specified resolution:

"21-1) approvals of regulations of consumption of utilities on gas supply, electric utility service, water supply, water disposal and heat supply for the consumers who do not have metering devices, according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
24) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"24) approval of normative number of personnel of the subject of natural monopoly, except for regional electric grid company;";
29) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"29) approval of annual cost budget, directed to the routine maintenance and overhaul repairs and other rescue and recovery operations which are not leading to growth of cost of fixed assets, the subject of natural monopoly, except for the regional electric grid company;";
add with subitem 29-1) of the following content:
