About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

(3) the Actions provided by parts (1) or (2), committed:

a) person who earlier made the act provided by parts (1) or (2);

b) by physical or mental compulsion;

c) concerning two or more persons;

d) concerning the expectant mother or the child;
