Make the following changes to the "Rules of protection of telecommunication networks, means and devices" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 14, 2005 No. 227 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 12, Article 1227):
1. in Item 3.12 of the word "town-planning documents" shall be replaced with words "documents of territorial planning";
2. in Item 5.9 of the word "it shall be approved along with the advising state bodies as well to the state bodies authorized in the field of telecommunication" shall be replaced with words "there shall be conclusion along with the advising state bodies as well the state body authorized in the field of telecommunication".
