About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land to executive body of the government of the city of Vahdat for settlements

According to Articles 26 (1), 29 and 30 Land codes of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan economy of Sharifbek and Hayriyon Limited liability company of the city of Vahdat Ploshchad 6,41 of hectare, including 0,76 of hectare of bogharic ploughland, 4,50 of hectare of the irrigated mulberries, 0,78 of hectare of sandy gravel, hectare 0,30 under water and 0,07 of hectare under roads and to present them to executive body of the government of the city of Vahdat under construction of apartment houses to players of the soccer team "Hayr" of the city of Vahdat.

2. Perform seizure of land the following procedure:

- from lands of Dehkan economy of Sharifbek of 0,76 of hectare of bogharic ploughland;

- from lands of Hayriyon Limited liability company of 5,65 of hectare, including; 4,50 of hectare of the irrigated mulberries, 0,78 of hectare of sandy gravel, hectare 0,30 under water and 0,07 of hectare under roads.

3. To executive body of the government of the city of Vahdat:

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan before withdrawal of the parcel of land to compensate losses of land users in full;

- assign to Dehkan economy of Sharifbek the equivalent parcels of land instead of the withdrawn lands;

- to make provision of lands after cleaning of the grown-up harvest.

4. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation
