About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land of Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik"

1. Withdraw from lands of Dehkan economy "Punbachi" of Nurobodsky district Ploshchad 0,98 of hectare, from them: 0,39 of hectare of long-term plantings, 0,37 of hectare of pastures, 0,04 of hectare of nut plantings, to hectare 0,17 under the settlement and 0,0068 of hectares of other nonagricultural lands and to present them in unlimited use of the Opened "joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" for construction of small hydroelectric power station of Shashvalon.

2. To executive body of the government of Nurobodsky district to provide instead of the withdrawn lands to Dehkan economy "Punbachi" equivalent lands.

3. Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik":

- according to Article 41 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan before withdrawal of lands to compensate losses of the land user in full;

- according to Article 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan to compensate 28750 (twenty eight thousand seven hundred fifty) somoni of means of losses of agricultural production into the special account of the republican budget.

4. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes to land and cadastral documentation.
