About modification and amendments in the Law on the government budget for 2013 No. 249 of November 2, 2012

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on the government budget for 2013 No. 249 of November 2, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 263-269, 853), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. Add Article 2 with Item 8) of the following content:

"8) in the budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on acquisition under office housing of the apartment house (in white option) in the city of Basarabyaska, Ulitsa Karl Marx, 207b, in the amount of 4000,0 of one thousand lei.".

2. In appendix 1:

in line item "The constitutional jurisdiction" to replace figures of "11023,4" with figures of "9103,4";

in line item figures of "11023,4" to replace "Body of the constitutional jurisdiction" with figures of "9103,4";

in line item "Maintenance of public order and homeland security" to replace figures of "1891772,1" with figures of "1891972,1";

in line item figures of "415479,0" to replace "Bodies of homeland security" with figures of "415679,0";

in line item "Culture, art, sport and actions for youth" to replace figures of "377886,7" with figures of "379806,7";

in line item figures of "149959,1" to replace "Activities in the field of culture" with figures of "148729,1";

in line item "To replace organizations and actions in the field of culture, art and sport which are not carried to other groups" figures of "5730,4" with figures of "8880,4";

in line item "Social insurance and the public assistance" to replace figures of "4283890,2" with figures of "4283690,2";

in line item of "Pension to the military personnel" to replace figures of "798283,2" with figures of "798083,2".
