1. In paragraph three of appendix 1 to the Regulations on procedure for the organization of checks of activities of individual entrepreneurs by monitoring bodies approved by the resolution of Republican council on coordination of activities of monitoring bodies of August 23, 2007 No. 01 (рег. No. 1712 of September 3, 2007) (2007, Art. No. 35-36, 370) words "the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan "the Goskomkonkurentsiy Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
