Art. I. - Article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section III of the Tax code No. 1417-XIII of December 17, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with part (13-5) following contents:

"(13-5) Goods, the equipment, the equipment, furniture, the works and services intended for repair of House of Parliament on Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 105, of municipiums of Chisinau for 2013-2014:

a) are delivered in the territory of the Republic of Moldova using zero rate of the value added tax;

Art. II. - Article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section IV of the Tax code No. 1054-XIV of June 16, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with part (8-1) following contents:

"(8-1) Excises are not paid for the goods imported and/or acquired in the territory of the country intended for House of Parliament on Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 105, of municipiums of Chisinau namely:

a) sound recording equipment; sound-reproducing equipment; sound recording and sound-reproducing equipment;

b) the video writing down and video reproducing equipment combined or which is not combined with the video tuner on magnetic tape;

c) the other video writing down and video reproducing equipment combined or which is not combined with the video tuner;

d) the reception equipment for broadcasting combined or not combined in one case with the sound recording or sound-reproducing equipment or hours.".
