About establishment of purchase prices on the grain delivered in the state resources of grain

According to the subitem 12) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2001 "About grain" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish purchase prices:

1) for the state realizable resources of grain:

on wheat soft (Triticum aestivum L.) 3rd class ST RK 1046-2008 (table 2 - technical requirements) in the amount of 28 000 (twenty eight thousand) tenges for one ton (for payers of the VAT) and 25 000 (twenty five thousand) tenges for one ton (for non-payers of the VAT);

2) for the state resources of fodder grain:

on barley 2 classes state standard specifications 28672-90 in the amount of 20 000 (twenty thousand) tenges for one ton (for payers of the VAT) and 17 857 (seventeen thousand eight hundred fifty seven) tenges for one ton (for non-payers of the VAT);

3) for the state resources of seeds:

on seeds of wheat soft summer and barley on reproductions and classes of the sowing standard according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 1, 2012 No. 1250 "About establishment of purchase prices on the grain delivered in the state resources of grain" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, Art. No. 72-73, 1054).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
