Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2003, No. 27, Art. 2700; 2005, No. 27, Art. 2719; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2010, No. 1, Art. 1; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7366) following changes:
1) in Article 13.12:
a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 1 of the word "from three hundred to five hundred rubles" "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from five hundred to one thousand rubles" "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand five hundred rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from five thousand to ten thousand rubles" "from fifteen thousand to twenty thousand rubles";
b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 2 of the word "from five hundred to one thousand rubles" "from one thousand five hundred to two thousand five hundred rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from one thousand to two thousand rubles" "from two thousand five hundred to three thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles" "from twenty thousand to twenty five thousand rubles";
c) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 3 of the word "from fifteen thousand to twenty thousand rubles" "from twenty thousand to twenty five thousand rubles";
d) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 5 of the word "from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles" "from two thousand to three thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from ten thousand to fifteen thousand rubles" "from twenty thousand to twenty five thousand rubles";
e) add with part 6 of the following content:
