On the credits issued since December 12, 2013 for consumer needs including overdraft crediting on which the annual interest rate exceeds the double size of the refunding rate operating at the time of emergence of debt, special reserve on covering of possible losses on the assets subject to credit risk (further - reserve) it is created in the amount of 100 percent from the total amount of debt on the corresponding assets.

2. The banks using portfolio approach of forming of reserve shall create separate portfolio of the homogeneous credits on the credits for consumer needs, including overdraft crediting on which the annual interest rate exceeds the double size of the refunding rate operating at the time of emergence of debt, issued since December 12, 2013 and to create reserve on this portfolio of the homogeneous credits in the amount of 100 percent from the total amount of portfolio.
