About modification of article 61 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in Item 3 of part 3 of article 61 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, of the Art. 6252) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"3) absence at the legal entity of outstanding obligation on payment of administrative penalty designated to the legal entity based on the resolution which took legal effect on the case of administrative offense, responsibility for which is stipulated in Article 16.2 or 16.3 Russian Federation Codes of Administrative Offences, except as specified, if the completion date of the resolution on imposing of administrative penalty established by part 1 of article 32.2 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences did not expire;".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective not earlier than after 30 days after day of its official publication.
